With responsibility and commitment to our future
Added value sustainability
We take responsibility: for our environment and the climate, for our employees and for the projects that we realise for our customers. Acting sustainably is an important concern for us, which we are pursuing with determination and step by step. That is why we have made a commitment ‘fairpflichtet’: both in terms of our ecological and social sustainability.
Minimising the carbon footprint
The vehicle fleet plays a central role in exhibition stand construction. In short: we can't do without it. That's why we invest in economical hybrid vehicles and electric cars in order to be as CO2-neutral as possible when travelling. Our job bike initiative is also designed to help us switch from cars to bikes.
Green energy with 100% green electricity
To save valuable energy right from the start, we rely on optimised lighting concepts, plenty of daylight and energy-saving LED lighting. We also source green electricity from the region and invest in sustainable energy generation with our own solar modules.
Environmentally friendly materials
Our materials are primarily high-quality, durable and environmentally friendly. Most of the wood we use is PEFC-certified and comes from sustainably managed forests. Colours and varnishes are water-based. Products with an eco-label are always the first choice when purchasing.
Modular stand construction
Our customised modular frame systems are lightweight, durable, reusable and versatile - for graphics, LED modules or opaque walls, for example. This saves us time and valuable resources, while you benefit from the cost savings.
Less waste, more recycling
When it comes to recycling and reusing materials, wall elements or other resources, we are imaginative and innovative. Old wall elements become transport crates, discarded modules are used for substructures and coffee grounds become organic waste.
Employee development & fairness
In addition to appropriate, fair remuneration, teamwork, appreciative recognition and open communication are a matter of course in our daily dealings with one another. We also promote regular further training, team building and a healthy and safe working environment.
For real equality, against discrimination
Regardless of gender, nationality or appearance: We are against all forms of discrimination and emphasise respectful cooperation and a working atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable and valued. Bullying and racism have no place at our company.
Social commitment
We also take responsibility for our region. For many years, we have provided financial support to the Thomas Wiser House in Regenstauf, Frauen helfen Frauen e.V. and the organisation Doctors Without Borders. In addition, various charitable projects as well as young athletes and clubs regularly welcome donations in kind or long-term sponsorship.
Selection of our partners & suppliers
The majority of our long-standing partners and suppliers come from the region. In addition to quality and reliability, factors such as fair value chains, strict adherence to human rights and a sustainable approach are decisive in our choice of partners.
Sustainable customer relationships
We maintain sustainable, long-term partnerships with our customers and a collaboration based on mutual respect and trust. No matter how big or small a project is, no matter how renowned the customer: we are always authentic and committed to our work.
We have made a commitment “fairpflichtet”
This internationally recognised sustainability code specifically for the event industry follows the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It is a helpful model for us to make our commitment to greater sustainability transparent and to implement specific goals step by step: for a sustainable, climate-neutral future worth living.
Fact-based grading instead of cheap greenwashing
Recording emissions professionally, collecting meaningful data, creating concrete measurability: Together with a customer, we are taking even more responsibility when it comes to active climate protection. To this end, we meet the strict requirements of the Science Based Target Initiative (SBTI), which also includes the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP worldwide), and have ourselves graded.
The result: a fact-based, regular grading of our company that shows where we stand in terms of climate protection and carbon footprint. – Although this is time-consuming, it pays off: for our customers, for future tenders and, above all, for the climate.
